Tony Woodlief has a fascinating blog entitled Sand in the Gears. It is one of the most intelligent, reflective blogs that I read. His vignettes are fascinating. Recently, he had one about "Nature"--How much of what we do can be attributed to our nature vs. our environment? The case in point had to do with his little son, who as a typical boy, was willing to take risks, and it was as second nature to him to do so as a fish swimming or a bird flying.
